Delivering powerful event communications, at speed

Our brief was to deliver event communications to support the Women’s Empowerment Principles conference. The catch? The conference was in two weeks. We gladly accepted the challenge and delivered a comprehensive package of communications materials on time and on budget. Our in-house team of communications experts - designers, videographers, social media strategists - and our project management team ensured that deadlines were met and that Strategic Agenda delivered above and beyond for UN Women.

Brand development

The conference needed energy, and our team brought it to life! We created a visual identity that matched the event’s vibe while staying true to the client’s brand. From social media cards to an animated logo and branded essentials – mugs, badges, print materials and tote bags – our designers delivered a cohesive package.

On-the-ground support

Our team was on the ground in Casablanca, supporting the event organisers in real time. Over two days, we captured key moments with quote cards, created video content for social media, and facilitated networking and breakout sessions – all while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
